Mission
Mission
To educate, empower and rehabilitate women impacted by uterine fibroids.
In response to this critical void, the Frank Ellis Ekpen Brown Organization (FEEB) was born. Our mission is to bridge the gap of awareness surrounding uterine fibroids and to offer both emotional and financial assistance to women affected by this condition.
Our initiatives encompass:
Raising Awareness and Educating: Uterine fibroids, though prevalent, remain shrouded in silence. FEEB stands as a beacon to illuminate the shadows, providing accurate and comprehensive information about fibroids—ranging from their symptoms and treatment options to their potential impact on women's well-being.
Providing Support: In the realm of uterine fibroids, isolation is far too common. FEEB serves as a connective tissue, allowing individuals to forge bonds with others treading similar paths. Through our platform, emotional support, valuable resources, and a nurturing community await those navigating the challenges of fibroids.
Advocacy: FEEB is steadfast in advocating for heightened research funding, improved treatment modalities, and enhanced healthcare accessibility for fibroid-affected individuals. Our efforts extend to elevating the prominence of fibroid-related concerns within medical, policy, and public spheres.
Diminishing Stigma: We are resolute in dispelling the stigma shrouding fibroids. Our aim is to foster open dialogues about women's health, facilitating conversations that normalize discussions about fibroids and their impact.
Empowerment: Empowering those afflicted by fibroids to seize control of their health and make informed decisions is a cornerstone of FEEB's mission. We strive to embolden individuals to navigate their journey with confidence.
Equipping with Resources: Navigating the intricacies of fibroid-related challenges demands a repository of resources. FEEB extends a range of tools, from informative materials and online forums to support groups and events, that facilitate individuals' journeys.
